We will teach INTEGRITY, DISCIPLINE, COMPETITIVENESS and FAIRPLAY. This program will provide self responsibility, cooperation and dedication.

High School Wrestling News This past Friday and Saturday the PHS Wrestling team took to the mat at the 2012 Virginia AA State Championships at the Salem Civic Center in Salem, VA. Congratulations to Jeffrey Ogburn who is the new AA 126 lb STATE CHAMPION!! Congratulations to the following State Qualifiers: 106 lbs. - Chase Lynch 120 lbs. - Thomas Payne "2012 Bay Rivers Wrestler of the Year" ! 220 lbs. - Albert Kates WE ARE ALL SO PROUD OF ALL YOU GUYS!! The tournament was hosted by Virginia Challenge and was held at the Boo Williams Sportsplex on January 28-29, 2012. ************************************* Congratulations to Patrick McCormick and Trevor Dunnagan for their 1st Place finishes as well as both of them receiving the "Outstanding Wrestler" award!
